We promise the work. We measure the result. Here is exactly what that means.

1. The work, or your money back

On day one you get a written list of everything we will do for you. If any item is not delivered within 90 days, you get a full refund of the project fee.

2. Not named by day 60? We keep working

Before we start, we agree 5 buyer questions and a target. Those 5 questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity make 20 answers. The target is to be named in at least N of them. N is your starting count plus 3, never less than 3 and never more than 7. An answer counts as "named" when that AI names you in at least two of its three runs. If the day 60 check falls short, we keep working at no extra cost and check again at day 90 and day 120.

3. We never promise what an AI will say

Answers change from run to run and model to model. Anyone who guarantees a ranking in ChatGPT is guessing. We show you the pattern, good or bad, with every answer saved.

No publisher fees, ever

Some services charge for the work, then charge again each time a site lists you. Often $100 to $500 a placement, on top. We do not.

We only pitch lists and sites that choose on merit. We never pass a publisher's charge on to you. If the only way onto a list is to pay, we skip it and tell you why.

Paid content is about 0.3% of what AIs cite anyway. You are not missing much.

The founding offer

The first 20 founders get the audit at $99 instead of $149. Go on to a project, and the audit is free. You also get the keep-working window to day 120.

The trade, said openly: we may publish your before and after, anonymised. Including if nothing moved. Before launch, proof is what we lack most, and honest proof is the only kind worth having.

How paying works

Two ways, same price.
- Pay now, by card. The Pay buttons on this page open a secure Stripe checkout. Card, Klarna, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or bank. Stripe emails your receipt, and you land on a page that says what happens in the next 2 working days. Your statement shows HEARDOFYOU.IO.
- Prefer an invoice? Fill in the short request form on the audit (/audit) or project (/project) page. Within 2 working days, Dasha confirms we are a good fit. Then you get an invoice by email, payable by card or bank transfer.

Either way, work starts the day it is paid. If we find it is not a fit before work starts, we say so and refund you in full.

What it costs elsewhere

One honest line each. Prices checked October 2026; they change often.
- Tracking tools: about $29 to $95 a month. They tell you how visible you are. They do nothing about it.
- Free graders: $0. One answer, one score. No "who instead", no sources.
- Do-it-yourself audits: $19 to $49. A fast checklist. You do all the work.
- Placement and directory shops: $100 to $500 per placement, directories $99 to $999. You pick the targets and measure the effect yourself. AIs rarely cite directories.
- Agencies: $1,500 to $5,000 and up a month, audits from $2,000. Full service, priced for funded teams, quoted rather than published.
- ChatGPT ads: about $3 to $5 a click, so $799 buys roughly 160 to 265 clicks. They stop the day you stop paying.

Is it a one-time price or a subscription?

One-time. The audit is $149 once and the project is $799 once. The only monthly plan, Keep growing at $349 a month, is optional, comes after a project, and is offered only after the day 30 re-check.

Is it done-for-you, or do I do the work myself?

The project is done-for-you. We pitch 25 named lists and sites with two follow-ups each, write 3 pages, set up review profiles on the 2 sites AI cites most in your category and give you a founder-led Reddit plan. The audit is the plan only, for founders who would rather do the work themselves.

Is Heard of You for solo founders?

Yes, that is who it is built for: one-person companies and very small teams selling software, apps or services. One person, Dasha, does the work. No sales call, no seats, no dashboard to learn.

Do I have to buy anything to get the free check?

No. The free check is free whatever it finds. Already named plenty? We tell you so, and you keep your money.

Is the audit fee really credited to the project?

Yes, in full. Start a project within 30 days of getting your audit and the $149 (or $99) comes off the $799.

Why is there no monthly plan to start with?

Because the first job is a fixed piece of work with a clear end. Keep growing, the monthly plan, only makes sense once you have seen a before and after. We offer it after the day 30 re-check, not before.

Are there any extra costs, like paying a site to list me?

No. We never pay for placement and we never pass a publisher's fee on to you. If a list only takes paid entries, we skip it and say so.

How do I pay?

Two ways, same price. Pay by card on this page: the button opens a secure Stripe checkout and Stripe emails your receipt. Or ask for an invoice: fill in the short request form, Dasha confirms the fit within 2 working days, and the invoice is payable by card or bank transfer. If we find it is not a fit before work starts, you get a full refund.

Can I get a custom quote or a bigger package?

No. The prices on this page are the prices. If the project does not fit your situation, we say so. We do not invent a bigger one.

What if I want a refund?

The project fee is refunded in full if a listed deliverable has not shipped by day 90. The audit fee is refunded if your report is more than 10 working days late. Details are on the guarantee page.
